We had trouble finding reliable service in Fayetteville so were willing to bring it elsewhere, despite the drive and I am so glad it was worth it! They quoted us half the price another shop did and even accomodated us while overseas! They let us know if anything else came up and helped us pick up our car after hours as well! Really happy with this team and will definitely be bringing our mini cooper there for any future needs! First class is right!

First Class always does a great job on our cars and gives honest advice about what needs to be done. I never feel like they are trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs or services. And always super friendly.

Got a new (used) BMW and needed to find a new mechanic. I read a bunch a reviews and decided to try First Class Automotive. Everything was great. They were good communicators and did the service without a bunch of add ons. Car is running great. Will be using this place going forward.

Tried to hose me to the tune of almost $14000 in repairs after taking my new to me LX570 I had just purchased in for a look over. I had a list of items I asked them to double check, and what do you know, every single item on my list needed replacing or major engine work to fix. Charged me $350 for an inspection and to overwhelm me with a laundry list of catastrophic (their words) issues over the phone, that they then doubled down on (reemphasizing βcatastrophic failureβ) with the entire staff chiming in, including the owner, when I went in to pick up. It felt like a coordinated scheme to either get me out of the shop because they didnβt want to work on the car or to convince me that I actually needed all of these repairs. Really left a bad taste in my mouth about my new car and the sellers. That said, took it to an honest Indy shop (shout out to Renaissance Auto Care in Cary) who confirmed that a couple of items did in fact need to be repaired (expected items) and that the rest was totally fine. Pretty surprised to be on here leaving this review (not something I do), especially with all of their good reviews. Lesson here, always get a second opinion.

I brought my truck to 1st Class to get a general look over a lift kit another shop install. I was wary about its integrety, but I am no mechanic. 1st class validated my concerns by identifying missing parts, and improper brake line paths. I was able to get the previous shop to make things right, but I would not have been able to make a case without 1st Class' help. Since then, I have gone back to 1st Class for an oil change and wheel alignment. They even detail your car after every visit. There is something about pulling up to their shop seeing your vehicle pretttier than when you left it that sparks a lot of joy. I appreciate there straight forward and honest attitude. We will continue to use 1st class for all our family vehicle needs.
